Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unlaundered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

You can return your item for:

• A full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit
• An exchange for a different size or model

Exceptions:

• Items showing visible signs of wear or use are not eligible for return
• Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact

How to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Log in to our returns portal using your email address and order ID
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange
3. Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email
4. Send all items back using the label provided

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right — no hassle.
