Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at castironlift@gmail.com for any return issues.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exception/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special order or personalization), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.
Communicate
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.

Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and no valid reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with a label, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days of your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.
