At Castiron Lift, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and exchange process.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

What You Can Return For

  • ✅ Exchange for a different size or product

Conditions

  • Items must show no visible signs of wear or use
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@castironlift.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest carrier location using the label provided
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@castironlift.com with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Custom or personalised orders
