Order 1078 is my order. They are telling me it has been fulfilled 14 days ago but I still haven’t received it. I even sent an email with the order which they acknowledged the order number in their email response back and then in same email asked me for my order number which makes no sense. So I sent them the email again w the order number and haven’t heard back until
Now when they say my order was fulfilled 14 days ago but I never received the product. Help.
I placed my order for these shoes on February 6th and didn't receive until Monday March 9th. I sent 2 seperate emails asking for a callback or an email and received none. There was no number to contact and when I didn't receive my order in 14 days, I cancelled the charges through my bank on February 17th. Up until now I haven't received any correspondence from the company other than this survey. You'll do better by ordering through Amazon Prime who has the exact same shoe for $89 versus the $149 price tag PLUS shipping I paid. I will never order again from this company and have let numerous others know not to order as well.
Needed to return due to fit. Website reads “login to return portal” when there is none. No response to chat/email/Facebook request for assistance. Avoid this company.
Horrible service. I never received my shoes and I emailed several times and never got a response. I want someone to contact me about a refund!

Unfortunately the heel height is not 1.2 inch as advertised. It was more 0.75 inches.
Hi John, all of our heels are 3.5cm, which is 1.38 inches when converted into inch.
