Castiron Lift is a US-based athletic footwear brand headquartered in Albany, New York. Our products are designed in the United States and manufactured in Asia to competition-grade specifications.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US and UK public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

United States — Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • $9.90 flat rate on orders under $75
  • Carrier: UPS / USPS / FedEx

United Kingdom — Standard Shipping

  • Ships from: Our production facility in Asia
  • Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days from dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over £75
  • £9.90 flat rate on orders under £75
  • Carrier: International tracked courier
  • UK orders may be subject to customs clearance which can occasionally add 2–5 additional business days. Any applicable import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Castiron Lift is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@castironlift.com — we can only amend addresses before an order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@castironlift.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs & Import Duties (UK) UK customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are outside our control. We declare all shipments accurately and in full compliance with international trade regulations.
