Refund policy
Castiron Lift stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@castironlift.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, please contact us at support@castironlift.com.
Exchanges If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@castironlift.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EU & UK Customers — Statutory Rights Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection law. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy. To exercise this right, notify us at support@castironlift.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
