Step 2: Assess Your Ankle Mobility 🦵
The Wall Test: Stand facing a wall, toes 5cm from the wall. Try to touch your knee to the wall without your heel lifting. If you can't, your ankle mobility is limiting your squat depth.
- Good mobility → Lower heel (0.6”–0.75”)
- Average mobility → Mid heel (0.75”–1”)
- Limited mobility → Higher heel (1”–1.5”)
