Every millimetre of the PowerLifter 3 is engineered to maximise force transfer, eliminate energy loss, and lock your foot into the most mechanically advantageous position possible under maximal loads.

Competition-Grade Engineering
- Multi-fin translucent TPU heel block — serrated blade architecture, zero compression under any load. Every watt of force goes into the bar, not the floor.
- Wide embossed POWERLIFT strap — colour-matched competition-grade hook-and-loop strap. One pull and your midfoot is locked. No movement. No energy loss.
- Premium microfiber upper — embossed croc-pattern finish with reinforced lateral walls. Lightweight, durable, and structured for stability under 200kg+ squats and snatch attempts. Note: upper is premium microfiber, not genuine leather.
- Lace + strap dual closure system — dial in your exact fit before every attempt. Customisable for different foot shapes and widths.
- Mesh collar and tongue lining — breathable comfort during warm-up and between attempts on the platform.
- Elasticated heel pull — on and off in seconds between attempts.

Sizing
Castiron Lift uses US sizing. UK athletes: add 0.5 to your UK size to get your US size. When between sizes, size up for competition use.
